We have tried to make this site accessible and usable for every user.  And we want to keep improving this.

We would like to know about any issues you have accessing this site – so please contact us if you do have any difficulties.  There is a form you can use (if the issue doesn’t stop you) at the bottom of every page.

You can also email us –

And you can also telephone us – 0800 389 8667.

Changing browser settings

We’ve included some tools to allow you to change font size and contrast.  You can find these by clicking on the accessibility icon at the top left of the screen or, like many sites, pressing ALT and A on the keyboard together.

We also know many users find it simpler to use their own browser to help  – either a specialist browser or by changing settings in a standard browser.  We have tried to make the site work well with all modern browsers – including specialist browsers.  Please tell us if you have issues with your browser so we can look at how the issues might be resolved.

The BBC has helpful published guidance on how to make adjustments to many standard browsers.
