Babbs Mill Local Nature Reserve in Kingshurst was created in 1977 to commemorate the Silver Jubilee of H.M. Queen Elizabeth II. A haven for wildlife, Babbs Mill was designated a Local Nature Reserve (LNR) in 2002.
There’s lots to do, including a play area, football pitch, basketball court, skate park and walking trails. The meandering Rive Cole, lake, wildflower grasslands and woodland, also offer the chance to connect with nature. Fishing is also permitted (licence required).
