Complaints Policy 2016pdf icon – This details the procedure if you wish to make a complaint.  However, in the first instance speaking to your child’s class teacher is the quickest and often the easiest way to solve any issues/concerns or to answer questions you may have.  If this doesn’t resolve your concern or you are concerned about the way in which a member of staff has acted, please see the Assistant Headteacher for the Phase (Miss Collier for Lower Phase; Miss Palfrey for Middle Phase; Mrs Green for Upper Phase).
